Puja

Nwaran Puja, also known as Namkaran Sanskar or the Nepali naming ceremony, is one of the most meaningful Hindu rites performed after a child’s birth. It welcomes the newborn into the family and community with Vedic blessings, purification rituals, and an astrologically guided name. Traditionally observed on the eleventh day after birth, Nwaran combines family celebration with spiritual protection, marking the child’s first major life ceremony.
